Hi! I am Rachel!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Sharp Wellness. I see myself as a collaborator and an encourager, working alongside you to explore what you need in order to become your most authentic self. I work with adults and couples experiencing a wide variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and life transitions. I’m passionate about helping those struggling with ADHD, fertility concerns, pregnancy and postpartum, and helping caregivers build stronger relationships with their children.
Rachel McCullough, PhD, LPC, PMH-C
My goal in working with clients is to build a strong, authentic, and trusting relationship in which they are able to safely and openly explore themselves, their relationships with others, and any other concerns. I recognize that each client is unique and that there is no “one size fits all” solution. I strive to meet each person where they are and to work collaboratively to meet your individual needs and goals, whatever they may be. I hope to empower my clients to connect with their existing strengths and resources, to face future challenges with courage, and to create more meaningful, healthier lives and relationships.

Finding Purpose
It can be easy to find yourself suddenly in a rut, without direction, motivation, or a sense of meaning or purpose in life. My goal is to provide a safe space for self-reflection and self-exploration where you can gain insight into your values, beliefs, and experiences. With this insight, we can work to uncover and identify a renewed sense of purpose which can enhance self-esteem, foster a sense of accomplishment, and promote greater happiness.
-
Encounter
I believe strongly in the therapeutic power of relationship. Sometimes, the thing you need most is just someone to listen and be there for you. My primary goal will always be that you feel a sense of safety and trust so that you are able to express yourself fully, without fear of judgment. I will always work to make sure that you feel seen and heard, that you feel acknowledged and understood.

More About Me
When I’m not working, I spend the majority of my free time with my family. We love to explore, whether it’s a restaurant, playground, park, or new city! When I do get some rare time all to myself, I love reading, listening to podcasts, or watching all of the TV and movies I can!
“To be fully seen by somebody, then, and be loved anyhow—this is a human offering that can border on miraculous.”
— Elizabeth Gilbert
