Chris Ashburn will be facilitating this Teen Dungeons and Dragons Processing group.

This is a 6-week group for teenagers who find themselves often overwhelmed with social anxiety. Using therapeutic roleplay with the world and rules of Dungeons and Dragons 5e as a backdrop, this group is intended to help teenagers deal with the stressors of socialization, anxiety, and the process of discovering one's own identity all while engaging with peers, making decisions, and having fun in a safe environment. If you believe you or someone you know would be a good fit for this group, please contact us ASAP for a quick consultation so you can get back to slaying anxiety and conquering your fears.
