good faith estimates
Under the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1, 2022 medical facilities are required to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" to patients not planning to use insurance. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service.
