Sharp Wellness aims to provide a holistic approach to you and your growth. Our Alabama office provides both in person and virtual appointments focused on helping clients build on their strengths and to attain the personal growth they are seeking. We work with teens, emerging adults, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who experience a wide range issues including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

  • Rachel McCullough
    Individuals- $165.00/ 50 minutes and $330/ 100 minutes.

    Gottman-Couples Therapy- Initial sessions for Gottman’s Couple Therapy are 90 minutes, include the cost of an assessment, and are $340.00. Subsequent couples’ sessions are $300.00/90 minutes.

    Family Therapy- Initial and Subsequent sessions $300.00/ 90 minutes.

    Rachel also provides Couple’s Intensives.

    Destanie Kirkland
    Individuals- Ini    tial and subsequent sessions are $140.00/ 50 minutes and $280/ 100 minutes.

    Family Therapy- Initial and Subsequent sessions $255.00/ 90 minutes.

    Brittany Harp and Larkin Lowry are not taking any new clients at this time.

  • Yes, we take Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance. The only therapist at the Alabama office that currently does not accept insurance is Brittany Harp.

  • Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Birmingham office and virtual appointments for clients who prefer flexibility or convenience.

  • We are located in Vestavia Hills, Alabama right off of I-459, directly across from Lifetime and Publix. Our address is 3109 Blue Lake Drive, Suite 205, Birmingham, AL 35243.
